The decoration at this lovely motel was so charming and reminded me of a cozy countryside cottage. The common areas were beautifully furnished, making it a joy to relax and socialize with fellow guests. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent, with spacious corridors and ramps that made it easy for me to navigate around the premises.

I would have loved to see more activities or amenities tailored specifically for senior guests.

The location is convenient for those with a car, as it is a bit difficult to reach from Milan city center without one. Additional amenities include a handy fridge, a desk for working, and nearby restaurants and supermarkets.

The shower was good.

On arrival my passport was confiscated for the duration of my stay. Other hotels in Italy take a copy and hand it back straight away. There is no restaurant in the hotel. It took me ten minutes from deciphering what the staff were saying and finding there was no restaurant to actually having a cleaner tell me there was one next door. In the meantime I was shown a refrigerated store with supermarket style ready meals that I could have heated to eat in my room. Eaten out of the package, so I can only assume they have no plates. After explaining several times that I wanted to eat elsewhere, and having turned down the supermarket supplies, I was told that the restaurant next door could supply food and by that time the man on reception had actually learned to speak English. He actually took me to the corner around which the restaurant was. The cleaner showed me a door that led directly into the restaurant from the hotel. Presumably the restaurant owners have found the management at the hotel to be just as awkward as I found them to be. I could say lots more, but I feel i am wasting my time as you obviously make money by recommending them and are likely to ignore my assessment. Incidentally, my booking included "breakafast". As you can appreciate from the above, I did not manage to get one. Can I have some financial compensation?

Large, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Courteous staff. Close to business premises. Gorgeous property like a small village. Super clean room with a comfortable bed and amazing jacuzzi. Kind and friendly staff who serve delicious breakfast. Nice and clean place with a secure feeling. Free minibar.

A charming former farmhouse on a busy road, making it oh-so convenient. The snacks in the restaurant were simple but nothing says luxury like a continental breakfast. Plus, the free WiFi and parking were the cherry on top. A definite 4-star experience!

The room is wide, the style is a little oldy but I really appreciated the jacuzzi in the bathroom; it is a wide one and 2 people can lie in it. The staff is really friendly and helpful as soon as you ask for help or advice.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience due to its beautiful and secure location. The spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and free minibar add to the advantage. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the delicious breakfast served in the room is a pleasant addition. the bathroom decorated with a 2-person jacuzzi is perfect for a relaxing stay.

The shower hose in the bathroom is a bit short, which could cause inconvenience while taking a shower.

Plus, having a hot tub and a flat-screen TV with pay-per-view channels in the room was just the cherry on top. as a budget traveller, I felt like I was staying in a luxurious hotel without breaking the bank.

Personally, I found the mirrored walls in the marble clad bathrooms a bit overwhelming. But hey, that's just my opinion and I can see how others might enjoy the unique touch.
